My Set Sail Guide

Porters and Guest Services need one thing from you in the first second: what you are doing with your bags. The coloured badge at the top says it for you — tap it at the curb to show it big, with your Set Sail Guide on the same screen.

Photos of your documents, your bags and your parking spot can turn a problem into one with a quick, clear fix. Our teams have seen countless guests who could have been helped faster with one simple photo.

At the curb, show this screen to the porter or the Guest Services person who meets you. Everything they need is on it — your checks, your bag badge, your ship — so they can read it in a second and get you on your way. They will still confirm you are at the right ship, check that your bags are tagged correctly, and answer any questions you have.

The Set Sail Guide is not check-in and not a security exemption. Everyone checks in with their cruise line and goes through the same screening, and Dockside cannot change that. What the guide does is get you to the screening table and onto the ship faster — because when you are ready, nothing slows you down at the curb or the counter.

Every step you finish makes the day run smoother for everyone. Points have no dollar value today. When the store is live, you can trade them for branded Dockside gifts.
