Your vacation starts at the dock.

Licensed local mariners who board every ship and guide it safely through the channel to the pier and back out to sea.

Take your bags at the curb, get them onto the ship, and bring them back to the luggage debark hall when you come home.

Run the terminal on sailing day — the doors, the lines and the timing that keep everyone moving.

Screen every guest and every bag before anyone boards, so the whole sailing is safe.

Help with check-in, boarding questions and lost bags — the people to find when something is not right.

Keep the curb, the drop-off zones and the parking moving, so you are not stuck in line before you even reach the door.

The ship's own team — they welcome you aboard, look after you at sea and see you off.
